What are your shipping charges?
We charge a flat delivery fee of 250.
Do you deliver all over Pakistan?
Yes, we deliver all across Pakistan.
What is your return or exchange policy?
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us on WhatsApp with your order ID. We will investigate your complaint, and if it is found to be valid, we will send you a replacement within 7 days.
Can I exchange a product if I face size issues?
We clearly mention all product sizes. For nails, you will receive standard sizes, and for rings, please make sure to confirm your correct size before placing an order. If an incorrect size is ordered by the customer, we do not offer exchanges.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No, we do not offer Cash on Delivery. We require full advance payment for all orders.
